The People of Mark 15 - A Crucifixion Chapter



*Chief priests, elders, scribes and the whole council - Guilty and full of guile.
*Pilate - Tried to wash the guilt from his hands.
*Barabbas - Guilty of murder and insurrection, but got to go free.
*The Multitude - Guilty of choosing a murderer over the Messiah.
*THE KING OF THE JEWS -The guiltless One dying for the guilty. Who said, “Forgive them, for they know not what they do.”
*Soldiers and the Whole Band - Guilty of murder.
*Simon, Alexander, Rufus - Guilty of being in the right place at the right time.
*Two Thieves - Admittedly guilty of their own crimes.
*My God - The One who demands a sacrifice for the guilty.
*One who offered the vinegar - Guilty of complete ignorance.
*Elias.
*Centurion - Guilty, but beginning to see the light.
*Mary Magdalene, Mary (James, Joses, Salome) and many other women - Guilty, yet forgiven and serving. 
*Joseph of Arimathaea - Guilty, but now declaring his allegiance.

Who is implied but not mentioned? ME! YOU!  Guilty, guilty, guilty – ignorant, full of guile, murderers, made wrong choices, yet forgiven!!!
