For Those Who Are Troubled

Note: Today’s blog is presented in outline form so that it may be used and reused to help others in trouble.

Psalm 50:15  And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.

I.     Types of Trouble:

a.    Trouble from beneath - from the enemy

b.   Trouble from around - from others and from circumstance

c.    Trouble from within - self made problems or imagined troubles

d.   Trouble from above - God ordained circumstances for chastisement, growth or both.

II. God's children:

a.    Have God's heart

b.   Have God's love

c.    Have God's compassion

d.   Have God's power, grace and mercy

e.    Have God's deliverance

III.                     The Process

a.    Call upon Him in the day of trouble. Make Him your first line of defense and deliverance.

b.   He will deliver: In His will, in His time, in His way, for His glory.
