On the Cusp of Something Big

You are one decision away from a changed life. Consider this, with God’s help, you actually can change everything! And it only starts with one decision, a lot of prayer and dependence on God and some serious follow through.

Possibilities:

Lose weight                                                     Sign up for classes

Recommit to your marriage                             Reconnect with a loved one

Get some counseling                                        Get back in church

Read your Bible                                               Get help

Curb your spending                                         Quit Porn

Get off drugs                                                   Go sober

Dedicate your life to Christ                              Abandon gossip

Get active again                                               Turn off the TV

Put down your phone                                      Start “Amening!” the messages

Look for a soul to win                                     Get discipled in the Word

Bathe decisions with prayer                             Redouble your efforts at work

(Also: Read, walk, give thanks, look up, write, exercise,

love, get filled with the Spirit, pray, meditate, invite, etc.)

Pick some of these and go for it. Aim for something big, because he who aims at nothing usually hits it.

Here’s how to change your life with one decision: C-U-S-P

Call your problem what it is - - - SIN

Unleash the power of prayer - - - apart from Him, you can do nothing.

Spend a moment each day planning, prepping & performing this life change

Praise God for the victories He gives

Phil 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
