Why are You Staring at Each Other?

Gen 42:1  Now when Jacob saw that there was corn in Egypt, Jacob said unto his sons, Why do ye look one upon another? 2  And he said, Behold, I have heard that there is corn in Egypt: get you down thither, and buy for us from thence; that we may live, and not die.

The brothers of Joseph stood around staring at each other when the Father told them to get with the program and go do something to save the nation from starvation.

We, in the church, tend to hang out, looking at each other: who put on some weight, who got a new outfit, who bought a new car, who is being a slacker, who sings what, and who did what? When we should be obeying the Father's command to get with the program, leave the tent and go do some soul-saving.

Why are you still looking at each other, get you down thither!
